Services: Personal Service: A personalized service that will assist you in your provided queries with accurate information of shipments movements and forwarders suggestions, documents or clearance information. Import and/or Export Service: with this service we provide you with suggested forwarders at our counter parts and move the shipments under our account. In which we suggest documents, track/follow up and arrange the deliveries. Custom Clearance Service: As a Complete Solution provider, we do the clearance for shipments with our experts through sea or air. (We will send the format of authorization letter to be prepared accordingly with attestation from chamber of commerce). § SASO certificate for electrical and electronic commodities. § SFDA for food and medical shipments. § CITC for telecommunication or wireless Items. § Supplier payment transfer slip. § All Official charges will be quoted as per prevailing rates. In case of any changes, same will be applied accordingly after duly notifying. § Cargo insurance is excluded. § Customs duty should be paid in advance by clients. § Official charges, dues, delivery order, stripping charges, custom clearance & transportation invoice to be settled immediately upon submission of HAL invoice. § Unloading of cargo at delivery site by customer. § All original shipping documents are to be provided 2-3 days prior to shipment arrival, any delay in submitting the documents by customs may result port demur-rage / airport storage charges to be charged to consignee per actual receipt.

Land Service: This service controls most of the logistic business activities in Riyah al sharq. It includes, door-to-door outbound delivery of single, multi-piece or palatalized shipments with a transit time measured in a certain number of days

Value Added Service: To provide more comprehensive services, a series of value-added services are available for customer's selection. We design the service upon customer needs. By adopting the selective and drive-in, drive-through pallet racking system, Al Saif ensures fast movement and rotation of stocks in its managed warehouses. By this one-stop solution we guarantee the timely availability of products to your consumers.

We are also engaged in the warehouse management services of cold storage facilities for frozen and chilled commodities. This includes stock management of products, distributor replenishment, route-to-market services, and vehicle capacity utilization for chilled products, CAR carrier storage, containers, palatalize shipment etc.

Our commitment to provide cost beneficial solutions in warehouse management led to the acquisition of the INFOR warehouse Management System (WMS). This system covers all aspects of warehouse management protocols from receiving to releasing. Real-time reports will enable fast and up-to-date status of all activities in any managed warehouse.

Container Yard Facility Service: Al Saif provides container yard facilities for laden and/or empty container van storage, stripping/stuffing of cargoes, cargo staging area and other related container shipment requirements. Al Saif operates container yard facilities in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, and Jubail. International Road Freight Service: Full Truck Load or Less Truck Load, we give you complete range of solutions for your Road shipments to be moved from MENA Region.
